Our live stream classes are designed  to compliment your sessions or as a stand alone membership.  You can incorporate the session into your day for a "healthier" lunch-break or welcome addition to the day.  If you would like to enjoy a class or session from the privacy and comfort of your own space we offer both studio classes and personal training via Live Stream and our Private Members groups. We also have the option of a private hire gym for your own exclusive use if you really need your gym fix.  Our personal and friendly community is one based on motivation, support and encouragement and our main aim apart from delivering a safe and effective workout is that each experience is varied, enjoyable & achievable..  We guarantee that post session your body will thank you and you will feel really great about yourself!   Check out our reviews here!
